How does it work?
Simply upload your photograph and select the criterias of your choice, you will then receive your image by email.
Posters, canvas and other ordered prints will be received at the address mentioned after you approve your design.
How long till I receive my drawing?
You will receive your digital image in 5 - 7 working days.
If you have ordered a printed drawing, you will receive it in 10-15 working days.

What format will I receive my drawing in?
If you have selected the “Digital” version, you will receive a png file of resolution 3000x4000 aprx, landscape or portrait (depending on your request) by email.
If you have selected the “Poster” version, you will receive a semi-glossy poster shipped to your address.
If you have selected the “Framed print” version, you will receive a Matte Paper Wooden Framed Poster shipped to your address.
What if I am not happy with my drawing?
Our artists strive for 100% customer satisfaction and so we are happy to offer a free round of revisions. Please note that this excludes any major request that would not be
mentioned in the artist's notes (ex: change in background, in pose etc...).
