What format will I receive my drawing in?
You will receive a png file of resolution 3000x4000 aprx , landscape or portrait (depending on your request).
What if I am not happy with my drawing?
Our artists strive for 100% customer satisfaction and so we are happy to offer a free round of revisions. Please note that this excludes any major request that would not be
mentioned in the artist's notes (ex: change in background, in pose etc...).
